Description - Description: The general objective of this framework agreement is to prioritize buildings by assessing their vulnerability to earthquakes in order to establish the priority of investments for making buildings safe from seismic action, fixing them on the interactive map through GPS coordinates and presenting building-specific information by assigning a QR code.The specific objective consists of drawing up the FEVR and developing the List with the hierarchy of buildings based on the FEVR which will contribute to prioritizing the expertise of buildings, classifying them in a seismic risk class according to the legislation in force, and establishing intervention measures to consolidate buildings
