Description - Description: Scope / Outputs – 2024 Rapid Infiltration Basin Sand ReplacementThe DOI requires a contractor to perform the role of Prime Contractor, to complete the replacement of the current sand filter particulates at the bottom of the wastewater treatment plant's Rapid Infiltration Basin (RIB) Cell #3A and 3B, with new coarse sand.The replaced sand layer will be 100 mm thick, and uniformly graded (maximum deviation of 50 mm), and the maximum wash loss of the used sand shall be 0.5%.
