Description - Description: The municipality of Noordoostpolder is looking for an executive partner who will independently arrange the maintenance process for the municipality all year round on the basis of a multi-year RAW framework agreement, in which the municip ality is given options. The municipality wishes to carry out the work annually in the following pattern: − From January to March, the contractor will conduct research, engineer and draw up measures, provide advice and propose measures. − The sub-assignment is known and calculated on 1 April, the data will be sent to the client for checking. − The contractor will start implementation work around 1 May and will complete the work no later than
