Description - The City of Elliot Lake has a requirement to purchase a Side-by-Side vehicle for the purposes of trail supervision and trail maintenance. The City of Elliot Lake operates and maintains a series of walking, hiking and biking trail systems for its cons tituents. Due to the rugged nature, often unpredictable surface condition and trail width the most effective vehicle to operate on these trails is commonly referred to as a Side-by-Side vehicle. Based on the number of crew, the amount of equipment needed and the distances that must be traveled to perform trial, bridge and other structure repairs a full size Side-by-Side vehicle is required.
