Description - Description: Readvertisement: New submission due date of July 19th, 2024. The Town of Tabor City has received a Community Development Block Grant- Infrastructure (CDBG-I) award in the amount of $1,000,000 by the North Carolina Department of Environme ntal Quality (NCDEQ) for the rehabilitation of all four of the Town’s groundwater supply wells, including the replacement of all electrical components and a new SCADA system at all four wells, in addition to a new emergency standby generator at two wells. The Town of Tabor City is soliciting proposals for grant administration to assist the Town in the: administration of the grant. All work for this project will be conducted to ensure compliance
