Description - Description: The Assignment applies to construction and real estate projects of the Nidos Foundation. The Contractors are deployed for repurposing/transformations of buildings that have been rented or will be rented during the term of the Framework A greement. The work concerns (multidisciplinary) construction work, both architectural, installation technical, etc. Contractors are also expected to design these on the basis of the Nidos Housing Concept (Appendix 2) and the needs per location. In addition, the Contractor will be asked for advice on properties yet to be rented and will be invited to viewings of the location(s).Outside the scope of the framework agreement are:- Separate furnishing
