Description - Description: The Assignment applies to construction and real estate projects of the Nidos Foundation. The Contractors are deployed for repurposing/transforming buildings that are rented, or will be rented during the term of the Framework Agreement. T he activities concern (multidisciplinary) construction activities, both structural, installation technology, etc. Contractors are also expected to design these based on the Nidos Housing Concept (Appendix 2) and the needs per location.
