Description - Description: The Assignment applies to construction and real estate projects of the Nidos Foundation. The Contractors are deployed for repurposing/transforming buildings that are rented, or will be rented during the term of the Framework Agreement. T he activities concern (multidisciplinary) construction activities, both structural, installation technology, etc. Contractors are also expected to design these on the basis of the Nidos Housing Concept (Appendix 2) and the needs per location. In addition, the Contractor will be asked for advice on buildings yet to be rented and will be invited to view the location(s).
