Description - Description: The purpose of this consultation is to carry out printing work (offset/rotary), shaping as well as prepress operations, for all city services. Indeed, for digital reprography services, the city has another dedicated market. The market wi ll be made in the form of a mono-attribute framework agreement and with order orders.
