Description - Description: TCEQ invites applications for the Rebate Grants Program (Rebate). The Rebate Grants Program provides financial incentives to repower or replace older on-road heavy-duty diesel vehicles and select non-road diesel equipment to reduce nitro gen oxides (NOx) emissions in nonattainment areas and affected counties in Texas. The Rebate Grants Program is established under Chapter 386, Subchapter C, of the Texas Health and Safety Code (THSC) to implement a portion of the Texas Emissions Reduction Plan (TERP). Rules for the program have been adopted by TCEQ in Title 30 Texas Administrative Code, Chapter 114 (30 TAC 114), Subchapter K, Division 3.local title:: Rebate Grants Program (Rebate)
