Description - Description: The purpose of this contract is the reception and treatment of waste, the provision of containers and the evacuation to waste treatment centres resulting from the fight against "fly-tipping" in the public space of the city of Nanterre, f alling under the police powers of the mayor in accordance with Article L. 2212-2 of the General Code of Local Authorities (CGCT) and for which the Paris Ouest La Défense Public Territorial Establishment (hereinafter "EPT POLD") is competent. The award procedure used is an open call for tenders. The contract is awarded in the form of a single-award framework agreement with purchase orders, in accordance with Articles L. 2125-1 and R. 2162-2 to R.
