Description - Description: The WIJeindhoven Foundation wishes to contract an Overflow (backup) service provider as of July 1, 2024 who is responsible for receiving and answering incoming calls that are forwarded from the WIJeindhoven telephone exchange to the cont racted party. This is the case when the caller chooses the General questions option or if WIJeindhoven (from the neighborhoods) does not answer (Overflow). The number of incoming calls forwarded to the contractor is on average 400 calls per week.
