Description - Description: The purpose of this procurement is to reconstruct the existing depreciated district heating pipelines in Sillamäe, in the Viru Puiestee area. The existing pipelines are oversized and in some places the pipelines also have inadequate the rmal insulation, which requires replacement. With the newly designed pre-insulated district heating pipelines, it is possible to significantly reduce heat losses through diameter optimization and new proper thermal insulation. The construction of new pipelines will also significantly increase the security of heat supply. The designed pipeline will be installed underground.
