Description - Description: The subject of this public contract is the reconstruction of the URAN building. It is the revitalization of the existing building, owned by the statutory city of Liberec and used for the purposes of the administration of the Liberec City Hall and the Liberec City Police.The project involves the rehabilitation and partial replacement of the existing lightweight external cladding from the 2nd to 7th floors, insulation of brick/concrete external structures with a contact insulation system and a new layer of the flat roof. All facade fillings of openings will be replaced and the related complete replacement of radiators including the installation of air conditioning in office spaces
