Description - Description: Scope of procurementType and scope of serviceThe ground floor of the newly rented space at the AOK location in Espelkamp is to be converted. This is currently empty and not occupied. The new space is to accommodate a reception with a wai ting area, a social area and consultation and meeting rooms. In addition, a server room, a storage room, a prevention room and a back office with a first aid room. According to the current plan, approx. 150 m2 of plasterboard walls with 15 office doors and 2 skylights are to be built. The existing suspended ceiling will be removed and temporarily stored. Finally, the temporarily stored grid ceiling made of mineral fiber boards is to be reinstalle
