Description - Description: The Honolulu District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) is soliciting lease proposals for 6,800 – 7,100 of gross rentable square feet of commercial retail storefront space in Hagatna, Guam for Armed Forces Recruiting purposes.  Th e U.S. Government, by and through USACE, currently occupies retail and related space under a lease, in the city and state specified above.  The Lessor shall provide adequate/assigned parking for approximately Twenty-One (21) Government vehicles both during the day and overnight.  The lease term is Five (5) years with Government termination rights and will be a full-service lease (to include all utilities and janitorial services).   Delineated
