Description - Description: The purpose of this RFQ is to invite interested parties to submit Responses indicating their interest in and their qualifications for a subsequent procurement process for the Energy as a Service Project. RDP is seeking to enhance energy efficiency, reduce energy consumption and reduce Greenhouse Gass emissions. Based on these Responses, RDP intends to qualify the number of Respondents set out in RFQ Section 4.3.4 (STEP 4 - Selection) in accordance with RFQ Section 4.3 (Qualifications Review Criteria), to be invited to participate in the next stage of the Competitive Selection Process, the RFP Stage.
