Description - Description: SALE OF SCRAP METAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS Red River Army Depot (RRAD) expects to generate, over the course of a year, approximately 70,000 lbs of Insulated Copper Wire. The weight of the scrap is an estimate and may vary due to mission pr oduction and equipment availability.
