Description - The CHUT consists of 3 wings (A, B, C) arranged as a tripod and linked together by a connecting building (wing D). The project concerns the construction of an extension called Wing K. The new building will include 162 rooms. Its gross surface area, a ll levels combined, amounts to +/- 29,500 m². It is spread over 7 levels: 3 levels form the base ( infrastructure), an intermediate technical floor, and 3 upper levels including the rooms (superstructure). A logistics esplanade (underground) and an entrance esplanade are included between the new building K and the existing hospital. The overall budget for the All the work packages are estimated at +/- €55,000,000 excluding VAT, excluding fees,
