Description - Description: Council has completed the detailed design for the upgrade of an 8.8km section of Redford Road commencing approximately 18.5km north of Mungallala.Council is seeking to engage a construction contractor to complete the works in accordance with the design drawings and associated contract documentation. The contractor will be responsible for all aspects of construction, including but not limited to:• Programming of the works• Traffic Management of the work sites• Preparation of Mass Haul Diagrams & management of bulk earthworks• Safety, Quality & Environmental Management• Procurement of all plant, personnel and materials required• Engagement, management and coordination
