Description - Description: The GSI experiment hall (EH) is to be extensively renovated. The building was in 1971/72 built. The experiment hall is designed as a steel hall on a massively built basement. It has the dimensions of 57.85m length and 44.00m width. The f irst height is 14.03m and the building is 13.43m high. OKFFB basement (level 0) is located at an altitude of -3.50m below OK.In the basement there are almost all technical supply and disposal facilities that are to be converted or renewed as part of this construction work.There are areas on the ground floor, some of which are separated with reinforced concrete blocks for radiation protection reasons.
