Description - Description of the operation: The project includes not only a heavy and in-depth rehabilitation of the premises of the existing theater, with the removal of extensions altering the heritage value, where the levels are entirely taken up and rationaliz ed; but also, a new extension of steel and glass raised to accommodate the conservatory of music, dance and dramatic art.
