Description - Description: The Maison de la Mine was founded in 1976 by Doctor Marcel Maulini, a former miners' doctor. The need to make the museum fully accessible and to update the museography/scenography led the municipality of Ronchamp, the current owner of th e museum, to completely renovate it. The project includes: - the rehabilitation of the ground floor of the Maison Maulini (95.9 m²); - the construction of an extension between the 2 buildings to accommodate the reception area (57 m²), - the rehabilitation of the extension of the current museum extended over 3 levels (367 m²), with the addition of stairs on the street side.
