Description - Description: Molde Municipality has decided to rehabilitate the villa Bjørsito by Lillekollen Kindergarten on Sagvegen 10. The villa from the 1930s, formerly connected to Bjørset farm, will become an outdoor nursery for up to 25 children. The rehab ilitation includes internal and external structural works and technical upgrades. includes technical upgrades to extend the life of the building. Bjørsito has been used as a nursery school and barracks during the construction of Lillekollen Nursery School and is now unused. The rehabilitation mainly covers the 1st floor, with a technical room for ventilation in the attic. For sanitation and firefighting, the existing framework agreement is used
