Description - Each lot will be awarded separately.Services are paid by fixed prices.This involves replacing the existing HVAC installations which have become obsolete in all areas of El Mediator except the bar system and the Club room.The work will be carried out on an unoccupied site from June 1, 2024 to October 31, 2024:o Reopening of the club, bar, terrace, catering, “Vintage” dressing room and offices.The work will be carried out on an occupied site from November 1, 2024 to February 1, 2025:o Delivery of the finished project and reopening of the large room to the public.Obligation to work during school holidays including July and August.
