Description - In order to meet the investment needs of the 36 member municipalities, Perpignan Méditerranée Métropole Communauté Urbaine (Pmmcu) wishes to launch a mixed multi-awardee framework agreement, with a part for purchase orders and a part for subseque nt contracts, in terms of networks of drinking water and wastewater and rainwater sanitation.
