Description - Description: The works concern the heavy rehabilitation of the Ventadour building with an area of ​​approximately 9520m², located at 1 rue Dalayrac - 75 002 Paris. The building is the subject of heritage protection of the city of Paris under the PLU. It is not protected as historic monuments.
