Description - The purpose of this consultation is the maintenance and air conditioning work of departmental buildings. It is carried out in the form of an open call for tenders, subject to the provisions of articles R. 2124-1 and -2, R. 2124-3 and -4, R. 2131-16 a nd -17, R. 2161- 1 to -5, R. 2162-1 to -6 and R. 2162-13 and -14 of the Public Procurement Code. This market is not allocated. This contract is concluded for a period of one year from notification, tacitly renewable three times, without its total duration exceeding four years, renewals included. No negotiations will take place within the framework of this procedure. The terms and conditions are defined in the consultation regulations.
