Description - Description: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, and all other items and services required to relocate the Library’s Special Collection, located at Waesche Hall at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy, and all incidental related w ork. The project includes a Base Bid Item and one (1) Optional Bid Item.
