Description - Description: Contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, materials, tools, vehicles, supervision, and other items and services required to construct within Waesche Hall at the U.S. Coast Guard Academy; one new high density stack space for stor age of the Library’s Special Collection (rare books and multi-media archival materials) and one new mechanical room on the first floor.
