Description - The purpose of this contract is the rehabilitation of a housing building and the extension of the Izieux le Creux social center located rue des poilus in Saint Chamond. This consultation falls under the public procurement code which came into force o n April 1, 2019 and is carried out using an adapted so-called open procedure (without pre-selection of candidates) in application of article R2123-1 of the said code. For lots 5 and 10, candidates must respond to the basic solution and the imposed variant. Other variants are not authorized.
