Description - Description: The form of the contract is a single-award framework agreement executed by the issue of purchase orders on the basis of the unit prices defined by the price schedule annexed to the commitment document. This contract does not include a co mmitment to a minimum amount but does include a commitment to a maximum order amount of 150,000 euros excluding tax over the total duration of the contract in application of the 2nd of article R2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code. This contract takes effect from July 1, 2025 to June 30, 2029. The prices are unitary and will be applied to the quantities actually executed. The contract prices are final and revisable every year on each anniversary
