Description - The project generally involves the replacement of a portion of the existing roof on the Water Treatment Plant. The Work includes but is not necessarily limited to removal and off-site disposal of the existing stone ballast, concrete pavers, and roofi ng assembly on the lower roof of the main building (i.e. northwest portion), and the supply and installation of a new 2-ply modified bitumen roofing membrane assembly, including new vapour barrier, insulation, cover board, 2-ply modified bitumen membrane, deck drains, flashings, and appurtenances, and all Work as specified and as shown on the Project Drawings. The Work also includes the removal and off-site disposal of the existing waterproofing
