Description - the SESV manages directly through its management almost 14,500 subscribers equipped with meters spread over 73 of the 86 communes of the syndicate. The syndicate aims to renew its fleet of meters that are more than 15 years old. Thus the meter renewa l services will be the subject of a framework agreement with single-attribute purchase orders entered into pursuant to Articles R. 2162-13 and R. 2163-14 of the Public Procurement Code. Under the conditions set out in Articles R. 2162-4 of the Public Procurement Code, this framework agreement is entered into with no minimum amount.
