Description - Description: Delivery and installation of twelve loudspeaker and intercom systems (EL/WL system) on seven locks on the Middle Weser, on twoMinden locks, on two locks on the branch canal to Osnabrück and on the Oldenburg lock. The section of the Wese r between Minden and Bremen is also known as the Middle Weser.Most EL/WL systems are installed in the central technical rooms of the locks.All loudspeakers and all intercoms are connected to the EL/WL systems. The existing EL/WL systems are from the manufacturer Scanvest (type AlphaCom M). The EL/WL systems are mounted in a 19 inch cabinet with a swivel frame. The new EL/WL systems must be mounted in the same cabinet as the existing EL/WL systems
