Description - Description: The University is undertaking preservation repairs at the historic Sir Christopher Wren Building on campus in Williamsburg, VA. The Wren Building is intended to remain open and operational during construction, upholding its legacy as the oldest standing college building in America in continued use. Restoration is targeted to be completed in advance of the 250th anniversary celebration of the Nation’s founding in 2026. This project includes the site, exterior envelope, the interior surface of exterior walls, and limited mechanical and electrical.
