Description - Description: The WATA Operations and Maintenance Facility Project includes the renovation of the existing structure of the maintenance area, renovation and rehabilitation of the current administrative and community areas, and new construction to hous e administrative, operations, and community areas. Included in the Operations and Maintenance Facility will be the construction of a new vehicle wash bay and a new onsite fueling area to replace the current facilities.
