Description - The form of the contract is a single-award framework agreement executed by the issuance of purchase orders on the basis of unit prices via the unit price schedule annexed to the act of commitment. This framework agreement includes a commitment to a m aximum amount of orders application of 2° of article R2164-4 of the CCP, namely 2,500,000 euros excluding tax over the duration of the contract.
