The buildings are located on neighboring plots in the Alt-Bieblach district and are p art of the "Bieblacher Hang" monument ensemble, which is one of the first complexly planned residential areas after the Second World War.The buildings are being renovated under inhabited conditions, with occupancy at around 50%. As part of the renovation, the building services, windows and apartment entrance doors are initially planned to be renewed, as well as the addition of external elevators.
