| Description | CeNS/2023-24/Admin-WO - Date: 16 October 2023 The Centre invites a Quotation bid for the following item. Sl. No Description of Item 1) Renovation of existing site office-to-New CeNS office setup at CeNS Campus Shivanapura Detailed specification with (BOQ) Billing of quantities along with drawings is enclosed. Note: (a) The sealed quotation should be submitted on or before 23rd October 2023 by 3.00 PM through Speed Post / Courier / Registered Post/hand delivery. (b) The quotation should be addressed to the Administration and Finance Officer, Centre for Nano and Soft Matter Sciences, Shivanapura, Dasanapura Hobli, Bangalore North -562162 (c) Discount if any should be clearly mentioned. (d) Taxes & duties should be separately shown. (e) The quoted price should be valid for a minimum period of 3 months from the date of issue. (f) Payment of 100% of the invoice value shall be made through NEFT/RTGS after delivery and successful completion of the work. Complete details such as the bank account number/IFSC/SWIFT/Bank Address, etc. should be provided. (g) The Centre reserves the right to accept or reject any quotation or part thereof without assigning any reasons. (h) Sealed envelopes containing the quotation should be superscripted with “Renovation of existing site office-to-New CeNS office setup at CeNS Campus Shivanapura”. (i) Quotations received after the due date shall not be considered. (j) The GST Number of the Centre is CeNS GSTIN 29AAATC4203B1ZE and this should be mandatorily indicated in the Invoice, failing which, the payment process cannot be taken up. (k) No advance payment will be made before the completion of the work. (l) The site visit is mandatory before participating in the bid.
