Description - Description: The Public Construction and Architecture Department is planning to renovate and reconfigure the Pavillon de l'Arsenal museum and the adjacent Agrippa building (75004) - with three main objectives - Increase the energy performance of buil dings, reduce energy consumption by 60% compared to the reference year (2015) and improve summer and winter comfort through better interior and exterior thermal insulation, replacement of glassware, and refurbishment of heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, air and water networks and air handling units (AHUs); - Improve accessibility and public reception, allow all disabled people to access all spaces and improve the services
