Description - Description: As part of the general renovation of the Baiersdorf middle school, the flat roof structures are being renewed and partially expanded with lightweight constructions. Flat roof insulation made of mineral wool is being used predominantly. T he pent roof areas are being left as they are as far as possible and cleaned, and broken tiles are being replaced. All plumbing work is also being renewed, with the water-carrying gutters being part of the "roof sealing" trade, and the optical sheeting being part of the "facade construction" trade. Rough scope of work: -Removal of the old roof structure (approx. 520 m², polystyrene roof insulation, bitumen and foil sealing, approx. 300 m of edge
