Description - Each lot will be the subject of a separate allocation. The services are settled by fixed prices. This project consists of the partial renovation of the roof of the Paul Langevin school group located 6 rue George Sand - 38600 Fontaine. The interventio n concerns the single ground floor wing housing the nursery classes. Indeed, this roof, the building of which dates from 1958, has numerous leaks. Given the proven presence of asbestos, particularly at the level of an insulating felt on the underside of the deck steel, asbestos removal work will be undertaken
