Description - Description: General description of the construction project: The Zeller Land adventure pool was built around 45 years ago as a pure sports pool adjacent to the existing outdoor pool. In 1993, the indoor pool was expanded and the outdoor pool area wa s closed except for the children's paddling pool. Some areas of the pool are still in their original state from 1974 and are therefore in a corresponding condition. Even the newer components from the 1990s already show considerable defects and signs of wear on the building structure and technical systems.
