Description - Description: The assignment concerns the engineering studies and execution of the renovation works for building B-705 at Brussels Airport. B-705 is the largest multi-tenant warehouse in the Brucargo zone. The building needs to be thoroughly renovated . This planned thorough renovation of this building, which accommodates several smaller customers, is crucial to remedy technical and fire-technical shortcomings and to extend the lifespan of the building by 10 years. The building will remain operational during the works. In order to guarantee compliance, works are required on fire compartments and evacuation routes. An ESFR sprinkler system and smoke exhaust hatches after fire will be installed.
