Description - Description: The sports hall complex at Kopenhagener Straße 5a/b consists of two connected gymnasiums of the GT 60 L type, which were built around 1969/70. It is now over 50 years old and has never been modernized, and has significant structural and fire protection defects. The technical equipment is outdated, and heat and weather protection is no longer guaranteed. The hall equipment is inadequate for the planned competitions and disabled access has only been partially possible so far. In the interests of sustainability, a comprehensive renovation of the halls is therefore unavoidable.
