Description - Description: The services covered by this contract concern: - the rental of 19 new digital copiers, - the installation of the equipment on sites, - the connection to the existing LAN network, - basic user training, - maintenance of the equipment for the copiers, - the supply of consumables (toner, maintenance kit, staples, etc.) - the installation of a centralized administration console to monitor the printing/reproduction volume of the entire photocopier fleet. - The centralization of meter readings and alarms on all equipment delivered. - Automatic ordering of consumables without user intervention.
