Description - Description: The purpose of the contract is the Rental and maintenance of single-compartment refrigerated trucks producing positive and negative cold for the City of Tourcoing. The contract is intended to allow the rental of refrigerated utility vehi cles producing positive and negative cold of 3.5t max on light commercial vehicle chassis equipped with a tail lift and refrigerated trucks producing positive and negative cold of 7t max on heavy commercial vehicle chassis equipped with a tail lift. This rental will include the maintenance and troubleshooting of the vehicles. The vehicles provided may be new or used as long as they are in perfect working order and comply with the various criteria
