Description - Description: Scope of procurementType and scope of serviceAs the owner of various properties in Hanover, Braunschweig and Garbsen, VBL requires around 686 apartments to be re-equipped with a total of around 1,735 smoke detectors in accordance with DI N EN 14604, which must be subjected to an annual functional test in accordance with DIN 14676.The smoke detectors are rented by VBL for a period of 10 years. During the rental period, the smoke detectors must be serviced annually.
