Description - Description: 1/ The purpose of this contract is the rental and maintenance of tires for buses and coaches maintained by the intercity establishment of the Régie des Transports Métropolitains (hereinafter the "RTM"). 2/ This public contract is award ed according to a procedure with negotiation, in application of Articles L2124-3, R2124-4 and R2161-21 to R2161-23 of the Code. 3/ The form of the contract is a framework agreement with purchase orders. 4/ In application of Article R2162-4 of the Code, the framework agreement is concluded without a minimum commitment amount and with a maximum commitment amount over its total duration of 4,500,000 euros excluding tax. 5/ This is a service contract
